Below are some other varieties of vegan cakes that I make.
This is a sticky ginger cake, originally from Northern England, and usually eaten around Bonfire night (although I eat it all year round). The ingredients are: soy milk, porridge oats, vegan butter, syrup, sugar, flour and ginger.
Vegan Chocolate Flapjack
Everyone knows what flapjack is, so no introduction needed. Basically porridge oats, vegan butter, sugar and syrup make this. It is then covered on top with a generous helping of vegan dark chocolate.
Vegan Chocolate Brownies
Made with tofu, these are wonderfully moist, with added chocolate chips. At the moment I just do two flavours, but will try and expand this in future. There is Chocolate, and Chocolate Orange.
