I am delighted to be supplying vegan and gluten free cakes to a lovely cafe in Camelon, Falkirk. I have booked my stall at the Northern Vegan Festival on 17/10/15. This time it is back in Manchester.
Our PBJ (Peanut Butter & Jelly/Jam) went down well last weekend in Blackpool, so have added it to our flavour list.
I will be at Levenshulme Market on Saturday 28th June from 10am til 4pm.
We have booked a stall at LABL Fair next year as the one this year was a great success
It was so nice to see everyone at the LABL fair last Saturday. We received many positive comments. We were asked a few times if our cakes were soy free – so we are going to experiment making them soy free so they are more accessible to people with soy intolerance.
The Parma Violet cakes went down very well, so we will add these to our flavour list.
Levenshulme Market is back this year and at the moment, due to other committments, I will only be there on 26th April. I hope to be there during the summer months but the bookings are not open yet for those months.

I have just tried making some christmas cake cupcakes. It is basically my vegan christmas cake recipe, but in smaller cupcake style. First batch might have been overcooked as I had no idea how long to cook them for – just kept peering in through oven door and poking them. They are going for taste testing tomorrow.

I am still on Levenshulme Market on Saturday 26th October and Saturday 23rd November. Not sure whether to carry on next year or not.
Unfortunately the organisers have cancelled all these markets as they didn’t think enough people would turn up. Bit of a shame really.
I have managed to secure a stall at Levenshulme farmers market for 3 months. I am there on Saturday 27th July, 24th August and 28th September.
I have a stall at a new market in Media City, Salford, It is called Old Northern Market and runs on Sundays 21st July, 1st September, 6th October, 3rd November and 8th December
I have a stall at the monthly farmers market at Abbey Leys Farm near Knutsford on Sunday 2nd June from 9am til 1pm. Then hopefully I will be there the first Sunday of each month.
After my kitchen and methods were inspected by the local Environmental Health, I have now been awarded a rating of 5 (Very Good) in the Food Hygiene Rating.
14/04/13 – I have booked a stall at the LABL fair in Liverpool on Saturday 19th October. After my success at the Northern Vegan Festival I am keen to sell more cakes. The LABL is a vegan and ethical fair. Here is the link for more information
13/04/13 – The Northern Vegan Festival was a success with many of my cakes being sold. I received many positive comments and put smiles on peoples faces when they sampled my cakes. There seemed to be a demand for gluten free cakes too, so that is my next task.
